Missoula offers residents and visitors a plethora of options when it comes to activities and events.  So we rounded up 6 great art and culture events this fall you do not want to miss.

1. "The Year without Summer" Show

Missoula artist, Courtney Blazon, shares her drawing-installation inspired by the 1815 eruption of Mount Tambura on the island of Sumbawa, "The Year without Summer".

2. A Sampling of Montana Art

Head over to the Radius Gallery for a peak at three unique Montana artists. Enjoy distinctive contemporary vessels created by artist Josh Deweese, stunning oil painted portraits by Megan Moore and exquisite wood engravings by James G. Todd Junior.

3. "Present Tense" Collection

Visit the MMAC for a look at this unique collection of contemporary prints that focus on the use of text and language from the collection of Jordan D. Schnitzer and his family foundation.

Experience the "nature versus nurture" classic, Disney's Tarzan: The Stage Musical! performed by the cast at the Missoula Community Theater.

5. Festival of the Dead
