Festival of Trees

Missoula’s Festival of Trees, a holiday tradition since 1999, serves as a fundraiser and a community-wide holiday celebration. This year’s festival is under the direction of the Missoula Downtown Association and benefits the MDA, the Missoula Downtown Foundation, and Mountain Home Montana. See over 30 trees, wreaths, garlands and other items decorated in the theme of Traditions.

From Around The World during the Tour of Trees, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday and noon-5 p.m. Saturday ($2); kids are encouraged to bring their own bears for Teddy Bear Teas, 10 a.m. Saturday and 9 and 11 a.m. Sunday ($5 per child). Highlights for grown-ups include the Soiree and Tree Auction, 7 p.m. Friday ($50); and the “Up Near the Rooftop” Parade of Lights Viewing Party, 5:30 p.m. Saturday ($25).
