Bayern's Easter Brunch

Join us for a very special Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 21st brought to you by the Edelweiss Bistro. We will be serving:
Easter Ham - Maple glazed ham served with roasted fingerling potatoes, asparagus, and Hollandaise sauce. $14
Eggs in a Grüner Sauce - Two hard boiled eggs served cold in a fresh spring herb sauce. $4
Weisswurst - Two poached white sausages served with a house-made German pretzel and Handlmaier's Sweet Bavarian mustard. $9
Brewmaster's Scramble - A skillet of sautéed potato dumplings, bacon, egg, onions and peppers. Served with a slice of German rye. $11
Frühstucks - An assortment of specialty meats, cheeses, seasonal fruit and an array of house-made and local breads. Served with butter, jam, orange marmalade, honey and Nutella. $20
Kaiserschmarrn - Two shredded pancakes sprinkled with powdered sugar, topped with a house-made vanilla whipped cream and served with a side of cherry compote. $10
Pretzels - House-made pretzel lightly salted and served warm. $5
Black Forest Cake - Layers of chocolate sponge cake soaked in Montgomery Distillery's Kirsch Wasser, sandwiched between ribbons of whipped cream and cherry filling, topped with Flathead cherries and dark chocolate.
Upstairs will be reservation only and downstairs will be open seating, first come first serve. Reservations start Monday April 8th in the taproom or by calling 406-721-1482 ext 1.
