We're bringing out El Paso Indie Rockers Sleepspent to Missoula 8/24! Sleepspent, from El Paso, TX, is a band that manages to deliver an intimate and simultaneously lively presence, creating emotional imagery through both their lyrics and their melodic and atmospheric sound. Austin’s voice, atop his reverb- drenched guitar riffs, often soars through bold melodies that reveal the band’s indie rock and shoegaze influence. Lead singer and guitarist, Austin North, and friend and co-writer Aaron Quintanilla began writing, to then recruit members Josh Mendoza on drums and Grant Gonzalez on bass soon after.
