Destination Missoula invites you to ‘Unmask the Future of Tourism’ with us at our Annual Awards Celebration on March 6th. Embrace this masquerade theme party by dressing up in your most glamorous outfit or keep it casual – whatever makes you feel fantastic. Don’t forget to come adorned in your favorite mask for a chance to win some fabulous prizes during our mask competition.
The Jay Award is given annually to the person who best exemplifies a lasting contribution to the tourism industry. (Basically, a tourism person of the year award.) The Jay Award was named in honor of Jay Robson, our first recipient, and former President of DM who worked tirelessly to get the Missoula TBID passed.
The President's Award is given at the discretion of the current DM president. It recognizes a significant contribution to the mission of Destination Missoula and our community at large in the areas where our businesses and industry are generally affected.
Heroes of Hospitality is a recognition and celebration of Missoula's hospitality Industry. Heroes of Hospitality is a peer nominated program and the full DM and TBID boards select the award recipient.
