Corgi Races and Oktoberfest

The Missoula PaddleHeads and Missoula Valley Corgis are excited to welcome fans to their first-ever Oktoberfest and Corgi Races at Ogren Park at Allegiance Field on Saturday, October 25th from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM!

Admission
- General admission to the stadium is free.
To participate in Oktoberfest, there is a $20 fee which includes:
- A PaddleHeads Oktoberfest mug
- Wristband
- Three beer tokens
-A free bag of peanuts
Corgi Costume Parade: 12:30 PM (must be registered to race)
Corgi Races: 12:45 PM – 2:30 PM
Live Music: Begins at 2:45 PM
Concessions: Open all day
Beer Service: All afternoon & evening

Join us for an afternoon of great beer, racing corgis, live music, and ballpark fun! Stadium policies still apply, including our clear bag policy, no outside food or drink, and no smoking.
Please note: This is not a dog-friendly event—only corgis registered to race and service dogs will be permitted.


Racer Guidelines
- Each dog must have two handlers – one to release and one at the finish line.
- Toys/visual aids may be used but could cause tension; please use responsibly.
- Quickly leash up and clear the finish line after your race to keep heats moving.
- Harnesses with handles are strongly recommended.
- Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
- All dogs must be healthy, vaccinated, and well-mannered.
- Dogs must remain on leash unless actively racing.
- Be mindful of unaltered male behavior.
- No dogs in heat.
Disclaimer
Participation is at your own dog’s risk. This event will include large crowds, corgis, kids, and alcohol. If your dog is reactive, protective, or easily stressed, this may not be the right environment.
Handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs—poop bags will be available.
Missoula Valley Corgis and the Missoula PaddleHeads are not responsible for illnesses or injuries.
For safety reasons, extendable leashes are not permitted.
