Beyond The Backcountry

  • Where: The Wilma 131 Higgins Ave Missoula, MT
  • When: Oct 18th, 2025 at 05:00 PM

Beyond the Backcountry is more than a film premiere—it’s a celebration of snowmobiling culture, community, and progression. On October 18th, the Wilma Theater in Missoula, MT, transforms into the ultimate gathering place for riders, industry leaders, and fans who live for winter.

At the heart of the night is the exclusive premiere of Progression Vol. 2, showcasing the best riders in the world pushing every discipline of backcountry sledding to its limits—storm chasing, technical trees, chutes, and jumps taken further than ever before. This is the sport at its rawest, presented on big screen.

But Beyond the Backcountry is more than just a movie. It’s a rider culture event. Meet the athletes, connect with brands, and join a crowd that understands the passion, the work, and the obsession that defines backcountry snowmobiling. From a massive sled giveaway to VIP experiences and industry networking, the night delivers on every level. Presented by Proven Progression and Backwoods BMP, this event is built to set the tone for the upcoming season. Whether you come for the film, the community, or the energy of a packed theater buzzing with winter stoke, you’ll leave fired up and ready for snow.

Beyond the Backcountry isn’t just an event—it’s the kickoff to winter, a night that belongs to those who obsess over adventure, turn their head at the smell of two-stroke, and lose sleep over the anticipation of the season to come
