Known for her raspy, smoky vocals, Neko Case has been a dominant force within the indie music scene since the mid 90s. Her genre ranges from atmospheric, pop-tinged rock to country and folk music. She’s released an extensive catalog of music, both as a solo artist and as a part of the Canadian indie rock group The New Pornographers. Case has also worked with The Corn Sisters, The Sadies, Cub, and Maow.
Her solo albums, Middle Cyclone and The Worse Things Get, the Harder I Fight, the Harder I Fight, the More I Love You, each received Grammy nominations in 2010 and 2014 respectively. In 2022, Case released Wild Creatures, a career-spanning retrospective album with new essays, track commentary & special artwork.
