The Hardtimes Bluegrass Festival 2025 will take place from July 25 to July 27 at 424 Forest Hill Road, Hamilton, Montana. Known for its "old-timey mountain feel," this family-friendly event showcases traditional bluegrass music in a scenic, laid-back setting. Attendees can expect an immersive experience filled with live performances, community spirit, and a celebration of classic bluegrass traditions.
Admission for the full weekend (Friday–Sunday) is $40 for adults and $20 for kids (ages 6–12), while single-day passes are available for $25 (adults) and $12 (kids) on Friday or Saturday. Sunday-only tickets are $15 (adults) and $7 (kids). Children 5 and under can attend for free. Tickets can only be purchased at the gate, as no presales are available.
For those wanting to stay on-site, dry camping is offered on a first-come, first-served basis among the trees. Weekend camping (Thursday–Saturday night) costs $45, while Friday & Saturday night stays are $30, and Saturday night only is $15. Attendees should note that no RV hookups are available.
The 2025 artist lineup will feature four new bands, including Release The Squirrels, Custer's Grass Band, A Well Beaten Path, and so much more! Visitors can also enjoy food vendors, shaded seating areas, and a pet-friendly environment (with leashed dogs welcome). It’s recommended to bring lawn chairs for comfortable viewing.
