Iron Griz: American Bistro is back for the summer. Join us for our grand reopening on Monday, May 20 and be the first to try our new seasonal menu crafted by Executive Sous Chef Hailey Palmer. Inspired by the diversity of American food traditions, the menu features bold, approachable dishes using fresh ingredients from our on-site garden and local Montana producers.
Located at the University of Montana Golf Course, Iron Griz is a summer-only dining experience open to the public. Guests can enjoy indoor seating or relax on our patio with views of the course and surrounding mountains. The garden just outside our doors supplies produce for the kitchen and is home to three French Muscovy ducks, Rhubarb, Marigold and Marjoram, who help keep things growing.
