You'll make a vibrant tropical salad with crisp lettuce and vegetables, fresh pineapple, chewy marinated baked tofu, crunchy peanuts and a sweet and spicy Asian dressing. You'll also prepare simple gluten free cookies made with almond flour, tahini, and honey, rolled in black and white sesame seeds. All food supplies are included and all levels welcome. Ages 16+. Please bring a container to take leftovers home in.
