Tantric Latihan is derived from a Indonesian spiritual/intuitive meditation practice (Subud) that focuses on surrendering to receive inner guidance, often through spontaneous body movement, dancing, or unplanned sounds. Participants move voluntarily but spontaneously, letting the body’s wisdom lead rather than the mind. This practice is done with the eyes closed for about 30 minutes, allowing the inner/cosmic energy to work without the control of the mind. Wearing a blindfold minimizes external distractions, enhancing internal awareness and deepening the "feeling space".
No Training Required: This exercise is unique to each individual and is not technically learned or trained.
Benefits of the Practice:
Releasing Energy: Participants often experience the release of stuck energy and emotional blockages.
Heightened Awareness: Cultivates a deeper understanding of oneself and enhances intimacy with others.
Body Connection: Reconnecting the mind, feelings, and body.
Intuitive Guidance: Activating your inner compass or intuition, not logic.
Authenticity: Encourages letting go of societal masks and conditioning to live more authentically.
Embodied Connection: The practice helps break down old, restrictive patterns, allowing for genuine connection to oneself, others, and Source.
