IndigiPalooza MT returns to Missoula July 31–August 1, 2026, with RESISTANCE 250+, a free, two-day festival celebrating Indigenous pride, resilience, storytelling, and the arts. Hosted at the Missoula Public Library, The Wilma, and Monk's Bar, the festival features thought-provoking discussions, live music, cultural presentations, and special guests including acclaimed author Robin Wall Kimmerer and Indigenous punk band Dead Pioneers. Inspired by the teachings of the Three Sisters, the event highlights Indigenous perspectives on community, culture, language, and the enduring strength of Native peoples. Organized by Chickadee Community Services, the Missoula Public Library, and former Montana Poet Laureate Chris La Tray, IndigiPalooza welcomes everyone to participate in this unique celebration of learning, creativity, and connection. With free admission to nearly all events, the festival offers an inspiring opportunity to experience Indigenous voices, art, music, and storytelling in the heart of Missoula.
