The Artist's Nature: Monte Dolack at Home and Abroad - On Hold

Monte Dolack is the most widely recognized and beloved artist in Montana. The artist will celebrate his 70th birthday in the year 2020. Simultaneously, the Montana Museum of Art and Culture will celebrate its 125th anniversary. As the inaugural exhibition of the museum's sesquicentennial season and celebration, the show will appear in both the Paxson and Meloy Galleries in the PARTV Center at the University of Montana from January 15 through May 15, 2020. CLOSURE UDPATE: the closure of the MMAC’s galleries has been extended to April 24, 2020. Be safe, everyone and stay home if you can! (updated April 13, 2020) The exhibition “Monte Dolack: The Artist’s Nature” at the MMMAC will be extended until August 29, 2020 in response to the current closure of the galleries due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
