Dance Wonder

Dance Wonder Sundays 9:30-10:30am at The Westside Theatre
Dance Wonder will be offered for the following dates: 12/25,1/8, 1/15, 1/22, 1/29

You are welcome to arrive as early as 9:15am to settle in. Dance Wonder is an open dance movement space accompanied by a soundscape to welcome ease and care for listening into the body and to let go of the thinking and planning mind. Dance Wonder offers a space to just be, for tuning into our sensory experience, using voice/sounds, body awareness and our interconnected nature among and belonging to nature itself. Dance Wonder invites curiosity, aliveness and wonder with our bodies in movement together.
