If you like a longer ride on a separated bike path, this is the ride for you. June 15, nearly the longest day of the year, is a good time for our annual round trip ride on the Bitterroot Trail to the Lolo Peak Brewery. There are two distance options: select the one that suits you best! 20-mile riders will leave from Mile 0, the circle junction of the Milwaukee and Bitterroot trails, at 5:30. They plan to arrive at the Hwy 93 and Blue Mountain Road traffic light near The Peak fitness center at about 6:00 to meet the riders who prefer the 10.5-mile distance. We should all have plenty of daylight to enjoy dinner and/or a drink at the brewery and then ride home.
Friendly pavement! E-bikes & all tire types are fine. Be sure to wear sunscreen and a bike helmet, and bring water.
