Acclaimed folk artists Ray LaMontagne and Gregory Alan Isakov are teaming up for a co-headlining concert at KettleHouse Amphitheater in Bonner, Montana on September 4, 2024! They’ll be supported by Americana duo The Secret Sisters.
Since his platinum debut Trouble was released in 2004, Ray LaMontagne has etched himself into the fabric of folk music lore. The album features several of Ray’s hits like “Jolene,” “Hold You in My Arms,” and the eponymous single. He’s released seven more studio albums since then including God Willin’ & the Creek Don’t Rise, which won the Grammy for Best Contemporary Folk Album. The album included “Beg Steal or Borrow” which was Grammy nominated for Song of the Year.
Based in Boulder, CO, Gregory Alan Isakov has been a constant traveler since he first emigrated from his hometown of Johannesburg, South Africa to Philadelphia, PA when he was just a young child. His music is heavily influenced by traveling, often featuring lyrics that chronicle his travels. He’s released 7 albums including 2018’s Evening Machines, which was Grammy nominated for Best Folk Album. His songs “If I Go, I’m Goin‘” and “She Always Takes It Black” were featured on Showtime’s hit series Californication and “Suitcase Full of Sparks” was featured on NBC’s hit series The Blacklist. Isakov delivers a heartfelt live performance as fans have seen at several sold out shows in Missoula.
