Julie Gardner is a licensed attorney and REALTOR. Having practiced real estate law in Missoula for nearly ten years, Julie has extensive experience in the Missoula real estate market. From commercial developments to 1031 exchanges, from conservation properties to families' dream homes, Julie has a breadth of experience unique among real estate professionals. Julie's experience with all types of real estate transactions has resulted in her consistently being one of the Top Producers in the Missoula area.

Originally from Indiana, Julie is a third generation REALTOR, following her father and grandfather into the profession. She attended Indiana University where she earned a B.A. in Economics and Spanish, a Masters of Public Affairs, and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the I.U. School of Law.

Julie and her husband Phil Gardner, an Ear, Nose and Throat Surgeon at Rocky Mountain ENT, are outdoors enthusiasts, and love spending time with their three daughters. The family enjoys biking, hiking, rafting and skiing in this magnificent Five Valleys region.
